Haven Reson emerged from a simple observation: Singapore's growing international community needed more than just accommodation—they needed homes that understood their unique requirements. Founded in 2015 by a team of hospitality professionals and property managers, we recognized the gap between traditional rentals and hotel stays.
Our journey began with a single property in Telok Blangah, carefully renovated to balance comfort, functionality, and community. What started as 12 units has grown into a network of thoughtfully managed properties across Singapore, each maintaining our core philosophy: residents deserve spaces that adapt to their lives, not the other way around.
Today, Haven Reson serves professionals, families, and students from over 30 countries. Property Standards
Every Haven Reson property undergoes rigorous quarterly inspections covering structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance. We maintain BCA compliance and work exclusively with licensed contractors for all renovations and repairs.
Health & Hygiene
Following NEA guidelines, we implement comprehensive cleaning protocols using hospital-grade disinfectants. Common areas receive daily sanitization, while high-touch surfaces are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
Security Measures
24-hour CCTV surveillance in common areas, secure keycard access systems, and regular security patrols ensure resident safety. All staff undergo background checks and privacy training in accordance with Singapore regulations.
